Risk & Business Consulting
Our Risk Management and Consulting team work with tier 1 multinational organisations across various industries including mining, oil and gas, engineering & construction and large government agencies.
Our clients engage us to assist them in solving problems working with them to define solutions that are fit for purpose and create measurable value. The team are working on some of the largest expansion projects in the region and on a variety of projects including risk assessments, process improvement, system selection and implementation, opportunity analysis and designing and developing tools to improve key processes and reporting.
We believe in working alongside our clients as part of a team focused on delivering the desired results where 70% of consulting work is repeat business. Our objective is to build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business and their key challenges so we can draw on our team with the most suitable skills and experience to achieve the outcomes and improvements.
We have a very strong pipeline of projects and are looking for high performing people who have above average skills and proven experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Risk Management (including opportunity analysis and scenario planning);
- Strategic planning and solution delivery;
- People and Organisational Change (culture and leadership);
- Facilitation; and
- Process change and improvement.
You will have a strong educational background coupled with hands-on experience gained either by working with one of the large consulting firms or in a line management role within a large organisation. You have attention to detail and superb written and verbal communication skills and are able to use these to influence at all levels of an organisation.
