We provide end-to-end advice and solutions to our clients in the: resources; engineering; utility; energy; government and supporting service based industries.
Our people
Velrada was established in 2009 by a group of highly experienced
business consulting and systems integration professionals. The team
now numbers 65 and we plan to grow to a target of 250 employees by
2014.
Our people come from a range of backgrounds in consultancy, systems
integration, information technology and project management.
We recruit from all over the globe to ensure:
- we get the best specialists in their field; and
- we can deploy the right team to address our client's needs.
Our technology team are not committed to any IT vendor or architecture, but, have the expertise and experience to work across all the leading products, from enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems to workflow, case management and document management solutions. We have specialists in Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, portal and integration technologies.
We also have a team of change management specialists who work with our client's people to bring them along on the journey and ensure they are fully committed to the changes required to make those solutions work on the ground.
Where we Operate and Our Clients
Geographically, Velrada operates in Australia and the South East Asia region.
Resources
Velrada works with clients across the whole resources industry including: primary explorers and producers; infrastructure and EPCM providers and services; and government/regulatory agencies.
Energy
In the Energy sector, Velrada services clients including: explorers and operators, support service providers and various regulatory agencies.
Government
We also work with Government departments at the state and federal level. Velrada provides a range of capabilities to Government agencies including: health; community services; local government; environmental; and regulatory agencies.

We engage with our clients through project work, both on a fixed price and estimate/time and materials basis. We can provide expertise to supplement internal teams on a medium to long term basis and we provide our clients with a number of contracting options including: framework; and shared risk/risk and reward style arrangements.
