Velrada has been appointed as the core technology and project delivery team to design and implement four Regional Data Centres for a global resource extraction company. The data centres are located across the globe and will house critical business systems and services.
Velrada will develop and embed a process monitoring, tracking, reviewing and reporting system identifying risks and associated control mechanisms for a significant capital project.
Velrada has been engaged by the first State Government Department to take back ownership of finance, procurement, and other business processes upon the disaggregation of the WA Government Office of Shared Services. The assignment is not to simply transfer the processes back, but rather to review and tailor them to ensure they meet the needs of the Department today.
